Return and refund conditions
If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, our team is available 5 days a week to assist you in your process.
After receiving your package, you have up to 15 working days to let us know by email at contact@maisonpopline.com or via our contact page that you wish to return your package.
Depending on your preference, you can then choose one of the following options, provided that the item is returned in new, undamaged condition identical to that in which it was shipped to you:
- Obtain a credit of an equivalent value on the store for new purchases
- Directly obtain a product of an equivalent or lower value from the store than the one returned
- Get a refund for your order
Please also consider before placing an order on our store the exceptions to which we do not grant credit for returns and exchanges:
- returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Returned items must be accompanied by the invoice and their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
